Take, Lord, receive all my liberty, my memory, my understanding, my whole will, all that I have and all that I possess. You gave it all to me, Lord; I give it all back to you. Do with it as you will, according to your good pleasure. Give me your love and your grace; for with this I have all that I need.
Let us answer with the sisters of Lazarus: Lord, your friend is sick. I am that sick friend, Lord. My soul bleeds from the wounds of its many sins. Divine Doctor, I come to you to be healed. You can cure me: Heal my soul, Lord, for it has sinned against you. Lead me to you by the great drawing power of your love. I would rather be your servant than master of the whole world. Your love is all I want from life. What I have I give you, Lord. But even if the whole universe were mine, I would give that up in favor of you. Still I renounce what I can: relatives, comforts, pleasures, freedom, even spiritual consolations. I want to give you all my love. I love you more than myself, and I hope to love you forever in eternity. My Jesus, I offer myself to you; accept me!
Keep me, O God, from pettiness; let me be large in thought, in word, in deed. Let me be done with fault-finding and self-seeking. May I put away all pretense and meet everyone face to face without self-pity and without prejudice. May I never be hasty in judgment and always generous. Let me take time for all things. Make me grow calm, serene and gentle. Teach me to put into action my better impulses, straightforward and unafraid. Grant that I may realize it is the little things of life that create differences and that in the big things of life we are one. And, O Lord God, let me not forget to be kind!
¡Oh Santo Apóstol San Judas, siervo fiel y amigo de Jesús!, la iglesia te honra e invoca universalmente como el patrón de los casos difíciles y desesperados. Ruega por mí, estoy solo y sin ayuda y siento gran soledad. Haz uso te imploro, del privilegio especial a ti concedido, de socorrer pronto y visiblemente cuando casi se ha perdido toda esperanza. Ven en mi ayuda en esta gran necesidad, para que pueda recibir el consuelo y socorro del Cielo en todas mis necesidades, tribulaciones y sufrimientos, particularmente… (hacer su petición aqui) y para que pueda alabar a Dios contigo y con todos los elegidos por siempre. Prometo, Glorioso San Judas, nunca olvidarme de este gran favor; honrarte siempre como mi especial y poderoso patrono; y con gran agradecimiento, hacer todo lo que pueda para vivir bien mi Fe Cristiana ¡Amen!
